The Behaviour Support Service is one of four services within Integra Schools that supports vulnerable groups of children and young people.

The Service is commissioned directly by schools to provide a range of services and activities to help improve the outcomes for children and young people with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties and their families.

The role of the Behaviour Specialist (Student and Family Support Worker - SFSW) is to implement agreed programmes of support, using a flexible approach, working in partnership with relevant school staff and families, in order to raise pupils attendance, achievement and attainment and improve their behaviour. This post is for the primary phase of education in schools.

A full UK driving licence and use of vehicle is essential.

Based at Broad Lane Offices.

This post is for 22.2 hours per week, Term Time Only. Please be informed, the quoted salary range will be pro-rated to reflect that it is a part time and term time only position.
