We currently have a vacancy for a Locality Team manager based in our Patchway Hub. The Team manager role is at the heart of operational decision-making across the service and the primary role is to strengthen the quality of service that is provided to children and families. The Locality social work teams are stable in terms of staffing and there are no current social work vacancies; this vacancy is as a result of an internal departmental move.
About the Role
The focus of the service will be on providing quality interventions for:
- Children in Need.
- Children in need of Protection including PLO.
- Looked after Children (early stages).
This is an exciting opportunity to help develop the service and you will be part of the management and leadership team within Integrated Children’s Services.
We are looking for experienced Team Managers with strong track records of delivering effective social care and/or early help assessment services in a multi-agency environment.
