The Corporate Contact Centre is the first point of contact for customers contacting the Council via the telephone. We resolve complex and challenging enquiries, providing an excellent customer service to a variety of customers by resolving their enquiries at the first point of contact.
It is essential that you are able to demonstrate good communication skills and your ability to deal with customers in a professional manner.
You must be able to demonstrate that you have the ability to use a variety of software applications in the resolution of technical enquiries.
