We have a number of exciting opportunities to join the Systems and Performance Team across multiple disciplines, such as Business Analysis, Systems Support and Business Intelligence. • Education Data Manager – Full Time – Yate (Permanent)

Leading a team of Data & Information Analysts responsible for the area’s statistical returns for our Education and Troubled Families functions. You will ensure that returns are accurately produced and submitted to the Department for Education, Ofsted, and other regulators by due dates and to a high quality.

• Business Intelligence Analyst - Full Time - Yate (Fixed: 12 Months)
• Business Intelligence Analyst – Part Time (18.5 hrs) – Yate (Permanent) https://jobs.southglos.gov.uk/job/Business_Intelligence_Analyst_System_Performance_Team/102736

Working in both adults and children’s social care to provide business intelligence, help services to monitor and improve performance and working on specific projects to deliver a range of performance management information and associated data. These roles will involve using a range of databases and a number of business intelligence tools such as SQL and Business Objects.

•Business Analyst - Full Time - Yate (Fixed: 12 Months)

Working in social care and associated support functions (e.g. Finance, Commissioning etc) to determine the processes and system configurations needed to support the management, delivery, recording and reporting of social work activity.

• System Administrator - Full Time- Yate (Fixed: 18 Months)

Working across social care and education functions the team supports over 1000 internal and 10,000 external users of business critical systems and processes. The right candidate will play an integral part in helping the team to deliver a number of high profile change projects and support the day to day activities of the department.

• Information Support Officer - Full Time - Yate (Permanent)

Working in the Education Data Management Team, you will help support the information analysts, system users, schools and early year’s providers to ensure data is recorded both accurately and in a timely manner.

• Support Officer - Full Time - Yate (Limited Term - various)

Working with both Adults and Children’s social care (including Early Help) you will help support the system users with understanding and recording their Business processes in the respective systems. This will involve training the users in these processes and monitoring the accuracy of the recorded data.
