How you’ll make a difference

You will make a difference as a Administrative Assistant by supporting the administrative functions of community learning and skills service to ensure that our learners and clients receive the best service possible.

What will you be doing?

You will be responsible for collecting information and maintaining records/databases to provide information for use by others.

You will be responding to e-mail queries and answering phone calls to provide customers with basic information, ensuring that an effective customer service is given.

You will support meetings, ensuring that minutes are taken and actions are chased as well as supporting internal and external events.

You will be able to work well in a team.
You will have the ability to organise own work schedule to meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
You will have the ability to establish supportive positive working relationships with colleagues and other staff with whom you will come into contact.
