How you’ll make a difference

You will make a difference as a Business Analyst by helping services to make a digital difference to their customers and their staff through improved understanding of customers’ interactions with us.

What will you be doing?
You will provide specialist advice and information to a range of customers (partner organisations, employees, key stakeholders, departments, managers) in a range of formats ensuring policies meet legislative requirements and codes of practice.
As the link between the Product Owner and the Agile team you will work with various stakeholders, to create and agree user stories for use in the Agile process. Ensuring that when development is complete, it is what the Product Owner was expecting.
As a Business Analyst you will be lead the process from kick off to implementation, including additional continuous improvement issues after deployment.

What we need from you:

You will have good knowledge and experience of organisational improvement, value for money, performance management and project/programme management principles and practices.

Demonstrable skills and knowledge of the new dynamics 365 platform and its associated tools.

You will have excellent communication, influencing and analytical skills, able to understand and interpret complex data to provide solutions and recommendations that are clear and simple to understand.

You will have the ability to work to strict deadlines, managing a demanding workload and prioritising accordingly.
