In particular, you will support front-line users of these systems, both within the Council and within partner organisations, including schools, by:

- Working with staff to identify and address any data quality issues.

- Supporting an email-based ‘helpdesk’ to support users in solving business process/system-related problems they encounter.

- Testing new business processes, system developments, and working with colleagues to make any necessary improvements before the wider ‘roll-out’ to users
- Assisting with the planning, design and delivery of training activities

- Collating and processing data accurately to support the Council’s decision-making processes and to complete returns to Government departments

The post holder will also have responsibility for administering the department’s change control process.
