Following a recent increase in the size of our organisation Creative Youth Network is recruiting to this new post, a key role in the Central Team.

The Central Team is based at our Kingswood site and oversees all aspects of HR, Operations and Finance.

The HR and Personnel Manager will be responsible for the overall wellbeing of the staff team and volunteers within the Creative Youth Network as well as legal compliance and training in HR and Personnel matters relating to the charity operation.
You will have at least three years’ experience in a related role, an advanced level of knowledge of HR/Personnel management and administration together with a professional qualification of graduate level or equivalent.

Salary: £30,374 per annum CYN, Scale Point grade 3.4

Hours: 40 hours per week (full time)
