We are currently looking for a Personal Assistant (PA) to support our dedicated Senior Management Team in our newly refurbished office in Kingswood.

Creative Youth Network is a successful charity organisation that supports young people to reach their potential and lead fulfilling lives by building secure and positive relationships with them based on their individual unique needs. We offer young people safe spaces to express themselves with creative courses, youth clubs and practical advice and support. The main purpose of your role is to support the senior management team with administration including arranging bookings for events, travel and accommodation in addition to providing exemplary customer service to internal and external stakeholders. It includes responsibility of the senior management team diaries and on occasion reception cover. You will receive support and guidance however, the role does require a significant degree of autonomy.

You will be a resilient and process driven person with a keen eye for detail. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be able to meet and prioritise internal and external deadlines. You will possess 5 GCSE’s at grade 4 or above, or relevant experience and you will have experience working amongst busy individuals and have the ability to prompt others with deadlines and organisation of tasks.

This role is subject to a satisfactory enhanced DBS check.

Salary: £19,972 pro rata

Hours: 20 hours per week
