Salary: NJC Scale Pt 9 – 19 (£20,344 - £24,799)
Location: Warmley, South Gloucestershire
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

We are recruiting for a new Triage Worker (maternity cover) to join our single point of contact team in South Gloucestershire. We are seeking a candidate who will be able to join us in August 2019 and it is anticipated the role will be for 1 year.

This is great opportunity to join our busy triage team in Warmley, who provide the first point of contact for all people requiring advice and support from our drug and alcohol services. We’re looking for people who can provide a welcoming and motivating environment for all callers. Based in a multi-disciplinary shared office, you will be able to work collaboratively, creatively and flexibly, to empower, challenge and motivate service users. Your day-to-day tasks will involve answering calls, completing comprehensive telephone assessments, and liaising with professionals.
