How you’ll make a difference
You will make a difference as a Technical Support Team Leader by leading a technical support team to provide a high quality and valued technical support service to ensure the effective operation of a range of services within the Safe and Strong Communities division.

What will you be doing?
On a daily basis you will interact with the front-line operational team managers that you support to maintain strong working relationships and deal with specific queries, concerns to ensure that your team deliver the key technical support required of them.

You will be responsible for communicating changes in policy and working practice to keep customers up to date and ensure all procedures and systems are updated accordingly.

You will accurately and efficiently record, monitor and maintain budgets/financial information/resources and ensure that accounts are reconciled and variances are reported.

You will contribute both to the monitoring of projects and reporting on cost effectiveness and quality standards and to the establishing, implementing and reviewing service standards and performance measures.
